Request Data Deletion
At BHMS Academy, you have full control over your data. You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal information at any time.
In-App Deletion
Open the BHMS Academy app, go to Profile → Account Actions → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated personal data.
Email Request
Send an email to info@bhmsacademy.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Include your registered email or phone number so we can locate your account.
What Happens Next
We process deletion requests within 30 days. All personal data is permanently deleted. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law — amounts and order references only.
What Data Is Deleted
- Account information (name, email, phone, profile)
- Course enrollment records and test results
- Device and session data
- Push notification tokens
What Is Retained
- Payment records — retained for 7 years per Indian tax law (order amounts and references only, no personal identifiers beyond what the law requires)
